Your annual boiler service includes the standard checks required to assess the condition and safe operation of your boiler, together with the relevant Gas Safety Record.
The service is carried out by Enigma Plumbing & Heating, Gas Safe Registered — Reg. 584683.
Yes. Care Plan cancellations are subject to the applicable terms and conditions, including any provisions relating to services or benefits already used under the plan.

Beyond Economical Repair, or BER, means Enigma determines that repairing the boiler is no longer economically reasonable, taking into account factors such as its condition, age, available parts and the likely cost of repair.
Where the Complete Home Care plan applies, eligible customers may receive up to £400 towards a replacement boiler installed by Enigma Plumbing & Heating, subject to the Care Plan Terms & Conditions.
Care Plan eligibility depends on the condition and suitability of your boiler and heating system. Acceptance may be subject to an initial inspection by Enigma Plumbing & Heating.

No. Faults, defects or problems that existed before your Care Plan started are not treated as new covered faults under the plan.
If an existing issue is identified during an inspection or service, Enigma will explain the work required and whether it needs to be resolved before cover can continue.
Complete Home Care includes eligible accessible internal plumbing, together with covered boiler and heating-system items defined in the plan.
It does not mean every plumbing issue is automatically covered. Access limitations, exclusions and other conditions set out in the Care Plan Terms & Conditions still apply.
